Closure Order Extension – Address Linked to Ongoing Anti-Social Behaviour

I am pleased to update you that local officers have successfully secured an extension to the existing closure order on the address previously linked to significant anti-social behaviour involving drug use and dealing, in Plender Street.

This extension means the property, originally closed in December 2025, will remain closed while Housing progress a Notice of Seeking Possession order. Maintaining this closure will help prevent further disruption within the block and should provide residents with continued safety and peace of mind.
